A motorized actuator turns your main water valve (or replaces it), so you can shut water off from your phone or automatically when a leak sensor gets wet.

Do I need a plumber?

Actuators that clamp onto an existing quarter-turn ball valve install without cutting a pipe. In-line valves need a plumber.

Does it need a hub?

Z-Wave valves need a Z-Wave hub. Pair them with leak sensors on the same hub so a leak closes the valve automatically.
